1 18 oz. (500 g) bottle BBQ sauce | whisk |
1/2 cup (120 mL) orange juice |
Chinese Cinnamon
1 cup (245 mL) soy sauce | whisk |
1 cup (220 g) brown sugar | |
1 cup (245 mL) sherry | |
1 tsp. (2.3 g) ground cinnamon | |
1 tsp. (2.1 g) ground black pepper |
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for at least 2 hours, flipping ribs halfway.
Uncover and bake each side for 10 minutes to finish.
